KSS series circuit cathode stations, hereinafter referred to as "stations", are intended for single-phase AC to discrete adjusted DC conversion that provides underground metal constructions protection against corrosion. By its parameters and features the station fits the requirements of the GOST 25812-83 “Steel trunk pipelines. Common demands to protection against corrosion”.
Stations have modular performance and may be placed in the open air (U1 execution). Potential assignment is fulfilled manually by the way of power transformer taps make-and-break by packet switch.
