Rectifiers V-TPED series are intended for power and operative DC circuits supplying, for asynchronous motors dynamic braking circuits supplying also.

 

Rectifier conditional shorthand structure:

V-TPED – X1X1X1X1 – X2X2X2 – X3X4X5 – X6X6X6X7X7

V-TPED – three-phase current to direct current rectifier with natural air cooling, diodes;

X1 – rated output current, A;

X2 – rated output voltage, V;

X3 – fulfillment modification:

0 – with safety fuse and disconnecting switch on entrance,

1 – with automatic breaker on entrance;

X4 – mains transformer existence fulfillment:

0 – without transformer,

1 – with transformer;

X5 – output breaker existence fulfillment (VAT, VAB, “Electron”, Masterpact, BA etc.):

0 – without switch,

1 – with switch;

X6 – climate fulfillment type due to the GOST 15150;

X7 – placement category due to the GOST 15150.

The rectifiers are fit to demands of the GOST 18142.1

In the Table 1 dimensions and weights of rectifiers on currents from 315 to 4000A are given without power transformer and without output breaker.

The rectifier is executed constructively in the form of one-side maintained cabinet, in which including component parts are mounted. Mains transformer is built-in or installed out of the cabinet. Attachment of customers’ circuits is carried out through aperture in cabinet bottom.

The rectifiers have following protection types:

-   against short circuits on output outlets;

-   against power diodes breakdown;

-   against overloads that exceed one mentioned in technical documentations;

-   against overvoltage that appears during unload rectifier disconnection.

The rectifiers have next signaling types:

-   about voltage supply existence on entrance;

-   about switchgear apparatus switched on and off conditions;

-   about power circuit both poles insulation control.

Rectifiers on currents 1600A, 2000A, 3200A, 4000A have microprocessor operational system with nonvolatile memory. Microprocessor operational system provides diode condition control: abruption, breakdown, parameters degradation, normal condition.

Transformer overheat protection is anticipated.

Nonvolatile memory at emergency situation moment fixes main rectifier parameters. Rectifiers have RS485, CAN connection ports with upper level. Information transfer is fulfilled through PROFIBUS, MODBUS and other communications protocols.
