AUTOMATIC OPERATION PUMPING  STATIONS

 

Stations are intended for water supplying, sewerage, melioration and other systems pump aggregates control. Depend on demands stations can be with contactor start, with frequency convertor or with soft starter. Stations with frequency convertors (FC) provide given parameters support (pressure, level, consumption etc.) with technological transducers signal motor rotate frequency regulation help. Logical controller (control, operation and protection unit (BKUZ)) is applied for protection, control and operates indication in direct start reserve regime. Automatic control stations work from 380V three-phase AC mains frequency 50Hz and realize:

-   soft start and motor rotate frequency control from frequency convertor;

-   operating pressure automatic support from pressure indicator;

-   possibility of given work pressure operative changing by operator;

-   direct start reserve operation;

-   step-by-step pressure increasing (pipe filling function);

-   return valve safe stop (protection) function;

-   pump “dry” motion definition;

-   protection against breakdowns and leakages (pump features curve end determination);

-   power consumption automatic optimization in “sleeping mode”;

-   unrepaired motor starting blockage;

-   power supply lines protection against overloads and current short circuits;

-   motor and frequency convertor complex protection and diagnostic;

-   switching-off in extreme and emergency situations;

-   equipment work parameters five lightening indications.

 

            Stations main parameters are given in Table1.

Automatic station advantage is economic pump aggregates operation that economizes water and electricity up to 40% and electric motors, pumps and pipelines complex protection against emergency situations that prolongs electric motors lifetime in 7 times approximately and reduce service and repair expanses.

Station conditional shorthand structure when ordering:

USN-X₁ X₂-X₃X₄-X₅, where:

USN – station type;

X₁ – connected motor power;

X₂ – pumps quantity (1; 2);

X₃X₄ – electric drive fulfillment;

X₅ – climate fulfillment.

Delivery completeness includes (by agreement with a customer):

pressure transducer (depth zoned); dry motion transducer; motor, net throttles and sinus-filters; power cables; signaling cables; input and registration boards; AVR boards; manometers, vacuum manometers, ball cranes and etc.

            Dimensions are given without outgoing filter and matching transformer consideration. Features of standard and additional optional equipment are coordinated with customer by request.

            ECT4S supplies delivery by customer’s specification is possible, including direct to alternating by given frequency, direct to direct, single-phase to three-phase currents converting.
