AC REGULATORS ROT-M SERIES

Regulators are intended for current magnitude contactless regulation which is fulfilled by phase voltage regulation in single-phase resistive and resistive-inductive loads. Such loads have: electric furnaces, separate heating elements, stove, weld and charge equipment transformers.

Regulators are executed in form of units that are mounted in cabinets with technological equipment. They can be used for voltage, current, power and other technological featured parameters regulation (temperature, moisture, density etc.) in contain of technological process automatic operation systems.

 

ROT-M regulator main features:

-   microprocessor operational system;

-   contemporary materials and power electronic components applying;

-   control panel optional layout;

-   upper level computer systems remote control;

-   technological (PID controller) and load (current, voltage) given parameters automatic maintenance;

-   output parameters (voltage, current, power) and regulated technological parameter measurement with information carried out on removable control panel display.

Regulators’ cooling - natural air, forced air and water, depends on rated current.

 

Work conditions:

Regulators are estimate for long-term work during following conditions:

-   maximum altitude 1000m;

-   operational air pressure from 86,6 kPa (650 mm Hg) to 106,7 kPa (800 mm Hg);

-   ambient temperature from +1°C to +35°C;

-   relative air humidity, maximum 65% at 20°C;

-   not explosive environmental, conductive dust presence is impermissible.
